How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. To minimize our carbon footprint, we batch shipments, but you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our eco-friendly warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. We are working hard to expand our global reach while maintaining our commitment to carbon-neutral logistics.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
Yes, 100%. We use plastic-free packaging, including recycled cardboard boxes, water-activated paper tape, and cornstarch-based packing peanuts that dissolve in water.
